− Samjna −

Samjna means "cognition" or "harmony" in Sanskrit.

Through the act of "touch",  we face our body, mind and spirit,

and pursue the way of being that is in harmony

with what we are meant to be.

Yudai Shirakwa

Having learned the Bible, Camping and Life Coaching

in the United States,

I've been searching for the way to live out and communicate my faith

back in Japan.

Strugling with the limitation of mere human mind and language,

I came to recognize the needs

for digging into the physical aspect of human being

so we can get a better grasp of who we are meant to be

and how we are meant to live.

With tender and non-invasive touch

that leads us deep into our inner self,

we let go of human intention

and let the Greater One who dwells in us do His work.

The heavens declare the glory of God,
and the sky above proclaims His handiwork.
Day to day pours out speech,
and night to night reveals knowledge.
There is no speech, nor are there words,
whose voice is not heard.

― Psalm 19:1-3
